Returns & Refunds

We put a lot of care into every piece we make — and we want you to feel good about every order.

Because everything in our shop is made just for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or a change of heart. We encourage you to take your time before checking out — our size guides are there to help, and we're always happy to answer questions before you order.


Something Arrived Wrong? We'll Fix It.

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

Just send us:

  • Your order number
  • A photo showing the issue

We'll review it and get back to you within 1–3 business days with a resolution. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: slight color variation from screen to screen is normal and isn't considered a defect.


Cancellations

Changed your mind? You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel for a full refund. After that, your order is already in production and we're unable to make changes.


A Few Other Things to Know

Wrong address at checkout — We ship to exactly what's entered at checkout, so please double-check before placing your order. We're not able to reship or refund orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Carrier delays or lost packages — Once an order leaves our hands, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If something seems off with your tracking, your first step is to contact the carrier directly. If you're still stuck, reach out and we'll help however we can.
