Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to submit a return request. Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for sizing or a change of mind — take your time before checking out and use our size guide. We're happy to help before you buy.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll make it right within 1–3 business days.

Return shipping is on you. No restocking fees, ever.

Cancellations

You have 24 hours from purchase to cancel for a full refund. After that, your order is in production and we can't make changes.

A Few Other Things

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We ship exactly to the address entered at checkout, so double check before placing your order. For carrier issues, contact the carrier first — then reach out if you're still stuck.
