Aura Vita is owned and operated by Reality Holdings LLC. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who uses this website. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products

We do our best to accurately represent all products, including colors, materials, and sizing. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing, or product updates. These variations do not constitute a defect.

All products are made-to-order. We do not maintain physical inventory.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Your order is charged at the price shown at the time of checkout.

We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods listed at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for reshipping or refund. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

6. Returns & Refunds
