We want to be upfront about how shipping works at Aura Vita so there are no surprises when your order is on its way.


Every Order Is Made for You

All Aura Vita products are made-to-order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your piece is created specifically for you after you place your order. This is what allows us to keep quality high and offer a curated selection without compromise.

Because of this, please allow a little extra time compared to mass-produced retail.

International 2–7 business days 7–21 business days 10–28 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods (holidays) can occasionally extend these windows.


Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.


Where We Ship From

Orders are fulfilled from the nearest production facility to you — located across the US and internationally. Your order may ship from a different location than expected depending on product availability and facility capacity. This is normal and does not affect delivery quality.


What We're Not Responsible For

  • Carrier delays once the order has shipped
  • Packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address
  • Delays due to customs or import processing on international orders
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue isn't resolved, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.


Holiday & Peak Season Orders

During major holidays and sale periods, production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance for time-sensitive gifts.
